Webinar on "Intellectual Property Rights"

We held an international webinar on "Intellectual
Property Rights." We were honored to have a distinguished speaker,
Advocate Mudassir Husain, who shared his expertise on this important and
evolving topic.
Mr. Husain is currently based in Dallas, TX, USA and works
as a Contracting Associate at Mass General Brigham Innovation. He is a highly
qualified patent attorney, having completed his LLM in Technology Law and
Intellectual Property Rights from the University of New Hampshire Franklin
Pierce School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Karnataka
State Law University, and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the
University of Mysore, India.
With extensive experience in patent law, legal research,
licensing, corporate and civil litigation, Mr. Husain has made significant
contributions in both the U.S. and India. He is a member of several prestigious
legal associations, including the AIPLA, and has contributed valuable insights
in publications such as “The Hindu” and
“The Newsminute”.
We thank Mr. Hussain for an informative and insightful
session. His deep knowledge and experience in the field of Intellectual
Property Rights has culminated into an eye opening session with valuable
perspectives on the legal intricacies and the importance of IP in today’s
world. He spoke on property rights, compulsory licensing, and Patents with many
examples of Pharmaceuticals.
