P.A. College of Pharmacy successfully organized National Pharmacy Education Day - Pharma Anveshan 2025, on March 6th commemorating the 123rd birth anniversary of Prof. Mahadeva Lal Schroff, the pioneer of pharmaceutical education in India. The theme of the event was "Entrepreneurship & Startups in Pharma and Pharmacy Practice: Encouraging Innovation, Incubation Centers, and Pharmaceutical Startups."

The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Asim Syed Sheeraz, CEO of Yenepoya Technology Incubator, who unveiled the portrait of Prof. M.L. Schroff and highlighted the significance of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical sector.

Dr. Sayyad Ameen, Dean, Student Affairs, PAET, delivered a special address on the importance of entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Saleemulla Khan, Principal of PACP, presided over the function and emphasized the relevance of such initiatives in shaping the future of pharmacy professionals.

The event began with a prayer by Sawad, followed by a welcome speech by Dr. Muhammad Mubeen, Professor, PACP, who provided an insightful brief on the life and contributions of Prof. M.L. Schroff.

Certificates and mementos were awarded to RGUHS semester exam subject-wise rank holders, recognizing their academic excellence. The college also felicitated the Chief Guest and honored Mr. Haris TD, Purchase Director, PAET, who graced the event as the Guest of Honour. The Heads of various departments also participated in the program.

The event was well-coordinated, with Najfath serving as the Master of Ceremony  and Shravya delivering the vote of thanks.

This event marked yet another milestone in the institution's commitment to academic excellence and innovation in pharmacy education.
