Pharmacy week celebration

The Pharmacy Week Celebration, themed “Think Health, Think Pharmacy,” was organized by the NSS Unit and Institution Innovation Council (IIC) of P.A. College of Pharmacy at the P.A. Campus, Nadupadav, Mangalore. The event aimed to highlight the pivotal role of pharmacists in promoting healthcare and well-being.

The program was inaugurated by Mr. Arun Kumar Shetty, President of the Dakshina Kannada Chemists and Druggists Association, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his inaugural address, Mr. Arun Kumar emphasized the indispensable role of pharmacists in the healthcare system and inspired students to fulfill their responsibilities with dedication.

The event was presided over by Dr. Saleemulla Khan, Principal of P.A. College of Pharmacy, who, in his presidential remarks, stressed the relevance of the theme in today’s healthcare landscape.

The program commenced with a prayer by Ms. Naheema, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by Dr. Muhammad Mubeen, Professor PACP. The event was anchored by Ms. Najfath, who also expressed gratitude through the vote of thanks.

The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty, staff, and students, fostering a spirit of collaboration and unity.
